- Mom takes pictures, which automatically upload to Apple Photos
- She creates an album for the game; to share it with other parents, she has to specify their email addresses or iPhone #’s to share with; only Mac/iPhone users can view these, not PC/Android users
- Other parents also take pictures
- Some send a few via email or text/WhatsApp
- Others share via a Google Photo album - which all can see - but the owner still has to share or send a link to everyone who wants to see it
