Summary
The team has been really focused on four main priorities:
- Changed host and DevOps workflows from Pantheon to AWS/BitBucket
- Rebuild MVP on AWS with newest version of OpenSocial distribution of Drupal
- Implementing the new Figma designs for the MVP
- Complete media cluster recognition engine as described in this blog post
We're hopeful that as we quickly rebuild GreatAlbum MVP, we'll finally wrap up our current sprint, so we can re-launch our private beta.

I think you forgot to update the dates in KPIs :) Congrats on reaching and exceeding your goals!
I'm not the best person to talk about photography, but here are my two cents. I back up automatically on the iCloud and pay if needed for additional storage. Some of my friends frequently back up photos on their computer/USB/Google drive. I only share albums w/ others after a trip, bday, or any other gathering.

Constant backup synced to Google Photos. Sharing is much less frequent though that behaviour could be incentivized to go up. Current shared individual photos through WhatsApp (not sure how that behaviour became the default, likely because Google Photos doesn't make this very visible)

1. Dropbox and Google Photos. All of them
2. Only with my girlfriend. Honestly I'd share more (with family & friends and so on) if it was *completely* hassle free. I don't want to manually have to add photos to albums. If I'm doing that i'd rather just send them per whatsapp or whatever.

GreatAlbum project idea looks good!
I personally prefer Google Photos because not everyone uses iPhone but most people have their GMail which means by default they have Google Photos. Sharing photos seems to be easy to me by this way because of the user adaptability. Occassionally when we travel somewhere otherwise I use Instagram.
Keep doing good work. All The Best for GreatAlbum's success!!
