Great big report! Love seeing those. The deck is great content-wise but feels a little plain. Have a look at https://starthouse.xyz for some inspiration.
Concept wise it's a pain point for me so I wold love something like this, I do however store, my files locally. People here just do that I think a one-off licence for self-hosting your software could make a lot of additional revenue and a standout USP nobody has
Congrats on achieving your goals last week. Super competitive landscape and I think this product needs to be truly epic to tempt people away from the convenience of tools they already have on their computers/devices. Also I read something interesting recently about never offering 'unlimited' plans as you can never truly offer it. Good luck, I wish you the best!
re deck
- you are asking a question, can you get stats? "85% of people say they are overwhelmed by personal media. 70% say they have trouble sharing with family..."
- deck has too many words, too small a font
- TAM calc % way too high see https://www.forentrepreneurs.com/calculating-tam/ & linked samples
- competitor slide lacks https://family-album.com/ & has big claim about partnering without explaining why.
