When I add an event, it appears appears twice in the album stream, once with "I added event..." and once with "Erik Britt-Webb added event...". Probably don't need the activity for "I added event...".

2. Validate the space between the Profile Picture and a Username
Expected Result: The extra letters are missing between the Profile Picture and the Username.
Actual Result: An extra "u" letter is shown under the Profile Picture.
