Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in
2. Navigate to the album
3. Click Actions > Event/ Individual/ Place/ Article
4. Upload Media Profile/ Media Cover and click 'Save'
5. Validate the Media on the Album Stream

Expected Result: The Media isn't duplicated.
Actual Result: The Media is duplicated.
