What is an “Article”
Article on the GreatSupport site, providing guidance on how to do something
On any GreatAlbum page, a User can click on a Help link that will take them to a Topic landing page on GreatSupport, which is mapped to the specific GreatAlbum page the user came from. The User can see a list of KB Articles related to that Topic.If one of the Articles addresses the user’s concern, the User can click on the KB article to read more. User can Like and Favorite any of the article, if the Article appears to address their concern.
Articles can be create and edit by Admin, Support manger and Authenticated user. Admin and support manger can Delete any Article. Anomynous users can only read the articles. Articles can be created from the globalnav , Topic and from Issues .
User can click (Global Nav) > All > All Articles to show a table list of all articles. User can click (Global Nav) > My > My Articles to show a table list of articles authored by that User.
