Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the album section.
Delete an existing album.
Observe the resulting display.
Actual Result:
Upon deletion of the album, the 'flexible_group' tag is unexpectedly displayed.

Expected Result:
After an album is deleted, there should be no tags visible, especially not a 'flexible_group' tag. Furthermore, we need to correctly reference the deleted content as an 'album', not a 'group'.
