1.We can find Create Article on Global Navigation
To create an article we have to fill up the fields:
1.Title
2.Topic
3.External Link
External source
External Author
While adding External link, External Author and souce field will prepopulate
4.Dev Issue link
5.Article Body
6.Media
2.We can create Article from Topics
While creating from Topics, it will prepopulate Topic field
3.We can create Article from Issues
We can create Articles from secondary side bar of issue views, create article block is present
