868 "Group Members" visibility -> Event tab navigates to the "About" tab

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Navigate to the album
2. Click Edit the album and select "Group Members" in "ALBUM CONTENT VISIBILITY OPTIONS"
3. Log in as a user who is not a member of the community
4. Click on the album and validate the content

Expected Result: All group content isn't visible, including media. By clicking on "Event" tab, "No Events added yet" text is displayed.

Actual Result: Media is visible for all users. By clicking on "Event" tab, it redirects to the "About" section.
