Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure you have the content in the first On This Day block with Events, Articles
2. The On this Day> Media block should be empty
3. Validate the space below the first On This Day block ( with Event, Articles)

Expected Result: The extra part of the block is missing.
Actual Result: If there is no On this Day> Media, the part of the block is displayed below the first block with Events, Article.
