967 Create Individual > Incorrect display of placeholders

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the album
2. Click Actions > Individual
3. Validate placeholder text in the 'Registered User' field and placeholder display in the Description section

Expected Result: 'Select registered user' placeholder is shown in the 'Registered User' field.
The 'Description' placeholder is shown in the description section.

Actual Result: The 'None' placeholder is shown in the 'Registered User' field. The placeholder is missing in the Description field.
