Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the album
2. Create topic
3. Leave a comment bellow the topic
4.Go to the Homepage/ Album Stream
5. Validate follow icon in the activity
Expected Result: The follow icon and the number of followers are displayed.
Actual Result: the follow icon and number of followers are missing from the activity.
