Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the user icon on the top right corner
2. Click "Settings"
3. Validate the arrow in the Time Zone dropdown list

Expected Result: The arrow is displayed on the right side of the dropdown in the middle.

Actual Result: The arrow is displayed on the right side of the dropdown at the top.
