989 User Stream > Infinite scroll pager stopped working on some User Streams

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as a user A
2. Navigate to the user B
3. Click on the User Stream
4. Scroll down and validate the infinite scroll pager

Expected Result: The infinite scroll pager is displayed. All user activities are loaded.

Actual Result: The infinite scroll pager is missing. All user activities aren't visible.
