Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the album
2. Create Event, Article, Individual Place, Topic
3. Navigate to the Edit Album page
4. Change the album title
5. Go to the Album > Event; Album > Individual; Album > Article; Album > Place; Album > Topics
6. Validate the album name in the entity teasers

Expected Result: The album name is shown with changed title.
Actual Result: Displays the album name before the changes.
