Create Media from Place

The Title/Place fields are pre-populated. Update Title, add  Event/Individuals if applicable, upload/embed media, fill in description and click Save

Create Media from Event 

The Title/ Date/Place/Individual(s) & Event fields are pre-populated. Update Title, upload/embed media and fill in description and click Save

To create a media (image, video and remote video) fill in the Title,Media asset, Start Date, End Date, Event, Story ,Individual ,place and Description.

There are three different ways to Create Media.

Album View: While viewing an Album you can click on the sidebar dropdown option to create any of the media items (Image, Video, Remote Video, Audio, Document) within that album.

During the Display Story

Associated Content Types such as Events, Places, Individuals, Media, Discussions are being shown. You can also add any of the content type from the Add Events, Places, Individuals, Media, Discussions buttons. 

Create Article and related content, create new related content

To create story, fill in Title, Date, Event(s), Place(s), Individual(s) and Article

If an Event, Place or Individual does not exist, you can create them "inline" 

Create Media from Event:

Create event while creating/editing a Story

To create story, fill in Title, Date, Event(s), Place(s), Individual(s) and Story

If an Event, Place or Individual does not exist, you can create them "inline" 

Create event from Album menu 

• Click "Add Event" from an Album sidebar menu, 
• Fill in Title, Date, Place, Individual(s)  and Description fields.

You can view the album contents in the following places:

1) You can see all your album contents in Album views tab.

2) Click on Album Media tab, You can see your album media contents.

3) Click on Album Events tab, You can see your album events content.

4) Click on Album Stories tab, you can see your album stories content.

Join an Album

You can request to Join an Album listed in the All Albums Directory

On the home page select “All Albums” in the drop down under the “All “ Tab.
